This is an awesome pick for a headphone case, or really any kind of electronic case. It is really big and spacious on the inside, and I have been able to fit headphones, a mighty in its box, a small speaker, a flip phone, and the flip phones charger ALL AT THE SAME TIME! It is super strong on the outside, but extremely soft on the inside, making it great for road trips, as it protects everything really well. While they don't probably market it as waterproof, I have also spilled water on it, and no water harmed anything inside. This is a must for travel.

Fits great with my headphones. It is wired so it hits the sides a little bit, but not enough to damage the cords.The zipper is smooth and doesn’t catch. The material feels nice, both outside and in.
