Super disappointed, for being 20 times more expensive than rubbing alcohol and salt I expected it to work better, but nope, after sitting in solution for 3 hours it still left behind more residue than one minute cleaning it the cheap way. Horrible value for money, wouldn’t recommend.

extremely stinky. I don’t know how anyone can use this chemical . Step three of the directions says that you have to clean it out with soap and water before using your piece. It says that you have to clean it out 1 to 3 times after you clean it using their cleaner. ?!?!?! What?!?! Is it that bad? It sure smells terrible.My friend bought Green Piece Cleaner. He tells me that it smells amazing and you don’t have to wash it three times with soap and water after you clean it. I think I’m going to sign up for that program and return this chemical concoction..

DO NOT USE. It stripped the paint right off my grinder! I thought it was because it was a cheaper grinder, but when I went to clean my boyfriend’s expensive grinder, the cleaner started turning black and the paint started coming off that one! I am extremely upset with this product and will never use it again. I suggest no one use this for the grinder they like unless you want it ruined like mine.

I about wanted to cry after fishing out the pieces of my pipes after sitting in the solution for approx. 35 minutes. If I had left it overnight as recommended in the instructions, I wouldn't have anything left of my metal pipe and a bare glass pipe with no dots at all! This is NOT safe on metal, this is NOT safe on glass, it ruined a practically brand new pipe as I only had the glass pipe for less than a month figuring time between ordering it and it arriving. I wish I had never heard of this faux pipe cleaner! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Wasted my money on a solution to destroy my pipes, this has left me madder than a wet hen!!! I wish I could give it NO STARS AT ALL!

I thought for sure this was going to going to be bs and not work. I was completely wrong. Embarrassingly enough, my glass bowl was packed and clogged with resin. I live in a building and can't boil my price bc of neighbors, so I gave this a shot. It work 100% better than I expected. It's practically brand new now. It would look brand new if I felt like poking around the grooves inside with a pipe cleaner. But with just soaking overnight and rinsing and shaking underwater it's perfectly clean for me. 100% recommended this product.

Easy to use. Big bottle. Used it over night on my dirty glass piece that I couldn’t for the life of me get the res to come off... this stuff worked like magic after I left for 11 hours and then used hot water to rinse it out. Def will buy again

First time trying this product and I must say it's awesome!! Got both my pieces cleaned fast! It got everything out and off of my pieces fairly easy. I soaked for 24 hours but honestly you really don't even have to do it that long since when I checked it at the 3 hour mark it seemed to have already got everything off! Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone that's been trying to figure out the best way to clean your piece.

I tried it to see what the fuss is about. It works and does a good job. But, rubbing alcohol and some goo-gone do just as good of a job and it lasts 20x longer than this stuff. I clean my pieces a lot because a hate the nasty burnt taste as much as the next smoker. If you don’t mind spending more money to get your stuff clean, then you found a good product. If you already know how to clean your stuff with household cleaners like rubbing alcohol or something else you’ve found, I suggest sticking with your routine as this just costs more and doesn’t make since for the experienced toker who knows how to DIY.
