We have taken B12’s for many years now and these are the best.

I was looking for something with both B12 and folic acid that was sublingual, this fits the bill. Because this is 3000 mcg, I use it once every few days. The flavor is fine, but because it is pink, it stains my teeth and I have to rinse my mouth out before I leave the house. Also, I find that it does not dissolve super quickly on me. But maybe that's just the nature of sublinguals. I would love this in a clear form that does not paint your teeth.

I received a well-sealed EMPTY bottle. 1 star because I can't leave less. And it seems I have to go to the trouble of mailing the empty bottle back to get a refund. Really???
