These have helped so much with my anxiety. You can take them up to 3 times daily, but I take 2 in the morning and am calm most of the day. If I feel myself getting worked up, I can safely take more and they work quickly. It feels good not having to take a prescription anymore!

I'm a 24/7 caregiver to my husband. I do all the things for him and around the house. Although I take an antidepressant sometimes I need just a little more help and these help me to relax on a day when nothing goes right. And I just happenef to realize maybe that's NOT good medical advice. So do your own research because I sure don't have any extra time to do it for you.

These actually work, don't let it fool you into thinking it won't. Everyone is different but with my stress, anger and anxiety I don't want to take pharmacy meds because I had bad experiences. I instead was suggested these by my therapist and counselor and they said they had decent enough results. They dissolve easily, I take it honestly twice a day which is enough once in the morning and once in the evening. It does recommend 3 times a day but everyone is different so adjust accordingly.

I take these for panic and anxiety. I don't know why the just Sedalia ones aren't out anymore. They worked the best for me. But these have sedalia in it. Not as effective, but still helpful.

They really do work!! Nothing crazy, but for the price theyre a great little helper! My husband and i both feel like they help calm us and ease ourr stress! Definitely will buy again!

I like this product is natural, and decently priced. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I suffered mild nausea and my already dysregulated nervous system rejected this product, so that my heart raced severely and I trembled. But that's just me. It may be a fine product for others. It's all subjective. But also do your research; most of the natural ingredients (flowers, mostly) which comprise this product, are quite toxic. Of course, the manufacturers run them through a process to remove the toxic aspects, but there is a reason the label tells you not to use this for more than two weeks. A dangerous buildup may occur.

So far it seems to be working well I take them in the morning and last all day

If you have a lot of stress or anxiety, this is not the solution. I didn't really see any changes.
