Every spring the Southeast gets a heavy dusting of pine pollen. It coats everything it comes in contact with and turns into a lovely sticky yellow film or dries into a crusty mess. So every year, I have to wash down all of the outdoor furniture and decorations. In the past, I've always used the garden hose with a regular spray attachment and a scrub brush.This year I bought this. This is the next best thing to a pressure washing machine. Works great as long as you have good water pressure at your house. I attached this to the hose, put cleaning solution in the cup, put on the fan sprayer nozzle, and turned the water on. It blasted off all the pollen and crud, cut through some tough cobwebs and bug cocoons, and removed old water stains. It worked so well that I ended up going a little overboard. I washed the trash cans, 2 recycling bins, 10 chairs, 2 tables, a wrought iron bench, several plant stands, some windchimes, the outer part of all my potted plants, and other small odds and ends. This took me about 2 hours. (In the past, this took all day and sometimes went into the next day.) I was kinda having fun weirdly enough, so I went on to wash a mossy cedar swing, a slimy birdbath and water fountain, and a patio and small walkway. These went quick too considering how green they all were. There's nothing left outside to clean now, so next thing is rinsing off the epoxy floor inside the garage. This will also come in handy for maintenance cleaning on the exterior parts of my house that are easy to reach.Conclusion? This pressure washing wand/jet is fricking great!!! I cannot say enough how awesome this cleaning tool is, how easy it is to use, and how fast and clean it gets things. If you're looking for that elusive Easy Button, then look no further. Here it is.

Not to be confused with a pressure washer.No more than a car wash tool.Don't expect it to power wash as a porch as it has very limited power.Note to the manufacturer:How about some instructions of how the 8 parts fit together and how to use them.The comment on the back of the box is inadequate and lacking.

I bought one of these in February so I'd have something to wash my front porch with after the pollen cleared. It's April now and I brought it out to use and discovered the wand won't stay attached tightly to the soap dispenser. Water's spraying out all around the connection. I took it apart and realized what a poor design it is. There's pretty much no way to fix it, so in the trash it goes.

Was hesitant to order it due to the mixed reviews, however, was extremely pleased with its performance. Of course it’s not a power washer but it’s excellent to do patio and pool area floors, the lower parts of a pool cage, windows, etc. It worked remarkably well considering our water pressure is average. Have not tackled the high beams of the pool cage yet and will be pleasantly surprised if the water power reaches those.It’s a valuable tool to shorten outdoor cleaning time after the winter months. Kudos to the Brizer company!

I use it to spray soapy water on the floors of a busy restaurant kitchen and dish room. It removes grease and oil quickly and the soap attachment and brush have made my job so much easier than using a bucket and deck brush. If you're buying this to clean your car, its an excellent choice. Its pretty sturdy and seems well put together for the price. Word of caution though, if your hose line doesn't have good pressure to start with, this will not have enough power to do tougher jobs. Don't expect it to replace a $300+ pressure washer. That said, its a great product and I'm very happy with it!

On the second use, I was unable to turn the plastic handle that controls how much water is going through the wand. It worked great the first day but over the subsequent six months, the valve seems to have frozen up. Unfortunately, it is stuck in a position with only about a quarter of water flow coming through. I see another customer had a similar problem with this plastic controller. So now I'm paying a little more and ordering the same type of gadget, this time with a metal water control lever.

Good spraying distance. Unfortunately, this unit leaked where the cleaning attachment screwed to the handle. Tried to clean this area of connection and, as a last result, tried using plumbers gape to seal the connection. Neither effort corrected the problem. With such a terrible leak due to the poor connection, the unit was all but useless to me.

I am very pleased with this washer wand. It is not for everything, but is perfect for certain jobs, just what I was looking for. We used it to wash the windows and clean behind the hurricane shutter tracks. A great feature is the soap dispenser attachment. This allowed us to add the window soap and made cleaning the windows so easy! It will also be perfect for washing the car. I would not recommend this for doing sidewalks or patios. The pressure is just not strong enough. But for windows, cars and probably patio furniture it is great!
