Is Knorr vegetable mix gluten free?

NO it is not. They are NOT listing the wheat in the soy sauce under the allergy label. WHY???? This seems to be very misleading. If you must be gluten free.. keep away from this product.

Can I use the boullion cube instead of the soup mix?

Depends on what your making! If your making dip for veggies NO. If your making soup absolutely the soup mix adds extra dehydrated veggies to you soup along with the seasoning. The bouillon only adds seasoning

What is the difference between knorr vegetable and knorr spring vegetable recipe mix?

Our Classics Vegetable Recipe Mix has a garden medley blend which differs from the zesty recipe that the Spring Vegetable mix has. We hope this helps.

Mild , good taste

The spice mix is not as good as Concord Foods brand. It’s too runny. I use sour cream with both brands. Concord sets up more firm. Yours has a more dill/sour flavor.
