I decided to read this to grow as a person . While reading it I could relate to things in it.The good thing about it is the questions it asks you after reading the poetry. You start to think about yourself on a deeper levelI highly recommend this book if your ready to heal and grow as a person

This book is full of some hard hitting quotes with areas of reflection. I read the book in one sitting with taking some breaks in between, so I could properly sit and reflect on the thoughts which were being pushed to the front of my brain, wipe away the tears and check myself.I felt I didn’t find the guide I needed to heal, learn how to grow or how to find love even within myself. All this I thought I’d find the answer in this book. I’ve come to realise with reflection after reading the many quotes and sitting in deep thought with my post it notes, that these three things take time. I’ll never find a guide, only realisation and a slap in the face to raise my hand and say guilty to a few of these quotes. You’ll never find a guide, so stop looking for one. This book certainly helped me open up and continue my journey of life.
