Bought this for my mom. Had to use the adjustable legs to put it as close to the floor as possible for safety. It really wasn't hard to put together, but man, this thing is all there! Not in a bad way, just heavy. Never had a problem with the adjustable base not working - didn't really use the massage, as it was a little too much for her. I would definitely recommend this for someone looking for a good adjustable, not highly expensive bed.

I haven’t thought about in over 20 years and I had gone to a mattress store and was taught a lot about the items that are needed in the bed support system. I ordered this because it had the features that I wanted the person who setit up for me had a very difficult time with the instructions they were clearly not marked top or bottom and he had to redo it a couple of times. I find the feature of having It at Lower to the floor was a great idea because I have an older dog that I wanted to have on my bed with me at night. I was surprised of the features, it would be nice to have more massage features, there are three settings and I noticed that there’s sort of a hum at night from the platform by it must be from the different motors plug-in. It does do the settings great! Easy to reset and use the remote- I’m not very user-friendly with remotes and this one’s pretty easy I find that the settings can be easily changed and I do like the different features which is massage, anti-stnore, TV, zero gravity and you can hook it up to your phone. The zero gravity is very cool I noticed that it makes the bed that I bought feel much better at zero gravity because I bought a bed that was too hard. The TV setting you can change you can also put your feet up and back and the LED I have not used yet. I’ve only had this bed frame for a few days. I find it easy to change the bed to move it to change the bag and I feel this is a good purchase.

Ordered for my mom after foot surgery. She needed help getting her foot raised. This worked perfectly. It’s very sturdy. Came packaged really well and was easy to set up. Highly recommend. Would buy it again.

UPDATE (10-24-2022)This is a "fly-by-night" company. In my honest opinion, avoid this company at all cost.I purchase their queen-sized adjustable bed and the motor completely stopped working after 90 days. They advertise warranty for their products but don't fall for that scam. You are unable to contact the company at all. Even Amazon couldn't get a hold of them.- The supplied email address ([email protected]) is a false email and bounces back.- Their website is just another option to advertise their products outside of Amazon.- The chat feature on the website is not monitored; most of the time, it states their staff will return in 9 hours. I left a chat message and no one bothered to contact me in over 6 months (to date).- The phone number provided to Amazon is a long distance number to China. It is also a personal phone number that goes to voicemail immediately. All you hear is a message in Chinese and would not even allow you to leave message because it is full.Fortunately, Amazon was able to work with me after a year of pursuing the matter by refunding my money. Otherwise, AVOID THIS SELLER at all cost.---------May 2022 Review-----------I purchased this Queen Adjustable Bed Frame from Applied Sleep (seller) on September 2021. The bed motor was inconsistently working and finally broke down in May 2022. The add states that the bed frame has a 10-year warranty and the motor has a 5-year warranty. The problem is that I can't get a hold of the seller through Amazon nor their AppliedSleepBed.com website. There is no email address nor a phone number to contact them.Unless I receive a replacement motor for this bed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone at all. The bed and motor is made of poor quality; and the fact that it is made from China. AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!!

I love the functionality. The different positions and the massage (although I wonder if it would be more effective with a smaller mattress, I got a 12-inch thickness and I can feel it but it’s not very strong), the lights are g, and USB ports are all great. It’s incredibly sturdy, so it’s heavy, and my Mom and I could not even budge the frame out of the box. That goes to the sturdiness so that’s good. My only complaint is there was no option to have the bed even unpacked and placed. There is an option to buy an install service for $200 but I didn’t want to spend anymore than I did between this bed and the mattress I bought. The delivery guys wouldn’t even help unpack and lay it down for us. So I am disappointed with that. I had to pay a person off my neighborhood app to come over and help me get it set up. Which was fine but I think Amazon could step up and have their delivery drivers help more.

I paired this with a nice Serta medium firm mattress. For those that have never had an adjustable base bed, you don't know what you're missing. You spend A LOT of your life sleeping, SPEND THE MONEY AND GET A GOOD BED! This one has the head adjustment which means you can really dial in that "just right" position. I also opted for the lumbar adjustment. The only minor complaint that I have is that the remote control doesn't fit your hand very well and its easy to slip out of your grip. Some tape will help as the surface of it is very slick. I absolutely love this frame and the night light underneath the frame is also a great add on. When you purchase your mattress MAKE SURE ITS DESIGNED FOR ADJUSTABLE BASE beds. The Vibration is okay, but I RARELY use it. I would definitely recommend this adjustable base frame.
