Amazingly hydrating for contacts
As a person with chronic dry eye, these drops are a lifesaver. The hydration lasts all day and is safe for my contact lenses.

Great for Dry Eyes - Long-Lasting Relief
I’ve used these drops only twice so far, and I’m already getting good results. The lubrication feels strong and lasts longer compared to other eye drops I’ve tried. I was a bit concerned about the bottle because some reviews mentioned that it’s hard to squeeze out the drops. However, I didn’t have any issues. The blue tip makes it easy to see the drop forming, so you can position it properly and let it fall into your eye. Very simple to use. Just make sure to shake the bottle before using it, as mentioned in the directions. My routine now is to use the drops early in the morning and again in the afternoon whenever I need extra moisture. Trust me, it's good for dry eyes, especially people like me who spend a lot of time in front of the screen. I also like that this is preservative-free (PF), which is better for your eyes if you use drops frequently. So far, I’m very happy with this product as a new user, and I will definitely continue using it. Highly recommended.

Very good eye drops!
I had chronic dry eye for about a year. The drops my doctor recommended eased it but I had to use them multiple times per day. These, I only needed twice, once in the morning and before I went to bed. After using them for a few months, I no longer needed them daily. I still used them occasionally, though. Now my eyes are getting bad again so I will definitely be using these! They are a serum consistency, so really coat your eyes & stays with you to soothe the irritation. The only things I don't like is the shape of the dropper; it's kind of difficult to tell where the drops are coming out when you're trying to put it in your eyes. Also, sometimes, towards the last of the bottle, the dropper gets clogged or gummed up because of the consistency & then the last of the drops are wasted. I'll be honest, if there is a lot left, I sterilize a needle to get it opened up. I don't like doing that, even though I sterilize, the needle because it's just not sanitary, but this stuff costs too much to waste very much of it. The quality of the eye drops is definitely worth the trouble & $. I highly recommend trying these for chronic dry eyes or just occasional use.

Relief in a tiny bottle!
I’ve been dealing with dry, irritated eyes—especially after long hours on the computer or in dry climates—and these Systane Hydration PF drops have truly made a difference. I love that they’re preservative-free, which feels gentler on my eyes, especially when I need to use them multiple times a day. The drops are soothing without being too thick or goopy, and they don’t leave that filmy blur some other brands do. Just a couple drops and my eyes feel refreshed and comfortable again. The bottle is easy to use and compact enough to carry in my bag. If you have sensitive or dry eyes, I’d definitely recommend giving these a try. It is a bit more expensive than some others, but for me, the comfort and relief are worth it.

The OG of eyedrops ~
These are the best eye drops I've ever used and I've tried them all. 58-yo female suffering from dry eye, technology (multiple screens all day long) - coupled with a stressful job all pointed to a severe case of dry eyes which induced microscopic abrasions on my eyes. Went to a really good UCLA eye doc and he put my eyeball pics up on the screen and turned in his chair to me and said, "what do you do for a living?" I love it went a doctor is so good that they ask other symptomatic questions and work together to get at what might be going on. He said that blink-data on those in high-stress situations can exacerbate dry eye, as can age ... so apparently I fit the bill for all of it. Older woman in tech, parsing multiple screens all day and night long under constant deadline... not blinking enough. Never knew any of this. LOVE intelligent information. Elevated my eyedrop game to PRESERVATIVE FREE Systane Hydration PF and yes they are a little thicker drop. I have to take a 4-5 minute break for them to settle in before my eyes fully clear again, but it's a wonderful break, these make my eyes exhale and feel SO good. Not think or gummy like some of those nighttime gels, not like that, just thicker than regular eye drops. PS read the reviews on BAK eyedrop preservatives... I'm never going back to preservative drops. I love these, they're not cheap, but I use drops 4-5x a day and these are the best. jb

Good lubricant/portability.
Love the portability, its nice not needing to carry around small individual containers for each use in your pocket and around the house. This specific one (lubricant quality wise) i find works best however the bottle design/dropper could be improved. The refresh bottle design is bette with the exeption however that i do like that this one you can twist the cap on and off feels more secured than the refresh one however with this one no matter how careful you are and ligthtly you squeeze i aways get like 1 or 2 extra drops coming down my face or in the eyes. Wish only one drop came out as intented. Its not good to overly lubricate because you wash out your natural oils when flooding the eyes with too much. So while the refresh one has a better bottle design because typically one drop comes out as intented Systanes lubricant is superior if your dry eyes require it. Just tricky trying to only get one drop in there and in most cases you will probably get 2 drops instead of 1.

Hands down, the best
I was diagnosed with severe DES 25+ years ago, and have tried every optical lubricant there is. This blue box preservative free Systane is the best I've ever used, and have been using it for years. I am so pleased it's now available in a bottle, as the little vials have become increasingly difficult to use as my fine motor control has declined with age. My order was shipped within 24 hours of my order, though it took our dear USPS three weeks to deliver it to me.
