Not with UAE plug, I needed to change the plug, the original one us for europe.

No warranty
Bought this unit 6 month ago and it broke down, when I contacted Samsung for repair they said the unit is not covered by warranty as it's an EU model although the seller is directly from Samsung (Jumbo), luckily Amazon agreed to refund, don't buy, the warranty is non existent.

Looks great. Easy to use. Noise level is low. Does a good job. Very pleased with my purchaseDelivery guys brilliant. They took great care with my new appliance. Unwrapped outside & then carefully carried indoors where the machine was installed & connected. Test run carried out too. Big thumbs up!!

Only gripe is that it doesn’t remember the heat/settings between cycles. Well built and plenty of settings .
