Nice starter set
These are good for a beginner set and they are easy to change from dumb bells to bench press. My only negative is when assembled as a bench press it feels a bit shaky. Will look to purchase additional weights as I get stronger, which won’t be long cause these bad boys give you a good work out!

Great for Beginner Weight Lifting
I got this set to start weightlifting at home. It's versatile and convenient. It was a pretty heavy package so you might need help bringing it inside when it gets delivered. This set works perfect for my needs. I bought a lift cover for the middle to help protect my neck from the hard bar but other than that it's a 10/10

Great set of beginner weights
This is a well built set of weights. My grandson is 11 and he loves them.The only improvement I can see would be to include 2 more dumbbell bars so you don't have to disassemble your bar bell bar.

Just as described and pictured
Completely happy with this purchase. Easy to swap from barbell to hand weights. The material is safe to sit down on my hardwood floors. Would recommend for at home use!

Great addition to ANY at home work out
I love these weights! They are multi-use and user friendly!The grips are soft, the weights have rounded edges so you don’t get your fingers squished as you set them down, they are made of plastic, I just love these weights!

Don’t waste your money!
The media could not be loaded. Right past my return date. The plastic part on the bar (that the actual weights screw into, see video) broke and came free from the bar. So now I feel unsafe using it, because it isn’t secure. It also bows now, when I use it. So, do t waste your money, if you plan on using it everyday. Because it only lasted for almost 2 mths for me, before it broke. I workout 6 days a week. But used the bar about 3-4 days a week! Good luck on whatever you decide!!!

A little disappointed
They are weight so it did the job but the quality if the bar and the clamps which were the ones you screw on were cheap One al ready broke
