Cloudz EZ-Inflate Cloud Sleeper

I really wanted to like this. The concept makes sense. I liked the way it felt and the different positions I could rest my head. It blows up easily...BUT it deflates within 30 minutes without any pressure on it. I should have listened to those who reported the same issue but I wanted to believe those who said the issue had been addressed. Received today - sent back today. Tested for several hours by repeatedly inflating it then going about my business. The bottom section was completely flat within 30 minutes every time. The top lasted a bit longer. I sort of hoped that the seal would eventually work. Sadly, no such luck.

So my biggest concern with this product were the negative reviews on deflating. I will admit that my first attempt to blow this up did not hold air very long, there is a very large opening and valve which allows you to fill/empty quickly. Understanding that this valve needs a lot of pressure behind it I decided to blow this up with more force than before (using only my lungs) once I made this very firm it held air extremely well. The plastic smell does take a few days to dissipate so let it air out. Has a great cover over it and is soft, allows you to breathe and sleep well. Once again if you are having issues with it holding air try blowing it up a bit more than your previous effort.

My son originally turned me on to this pillow after using it on a trip to Australia; he would not stop talking about it. I am 6’ 3’ and he is even larger. I have tried the travel pillows that hang around your neck but, never could get comfortable with them. So I bought the cloud sleeper. I have tried it on two 2,000-mile trips last week and the thing worked flawlessly. Inflated, deflated and stored very quickly and easily. The forward head position on the drop-down table is more equivalent to a normal sleeping position than upright. It feels like your head is on a massage table but even more comfortable because it is filled with air! Sleeping is a breeze. My son has used it for watching movies on trips but I have not tried that feature yet. This thing works great and even seems to be helping some tight vertebrae’s in my neck to loosen up! I highly recommend this product! My wife and I are going on a trip to London over the holidays, so I just bought her one so she does not steal mine!

I really had high hopes for this sleeper. We purchased two before heading to Europe for two 11 hour flights. First, they're too large for the small amount of space between rows on most flights. On one flight, we were able to maybe lean on it comfortably, but the second the guy in front of me reclined his seat, it was useless. Additionally, they both deflated immediately. I would say in about half an hour you could visibly see them sinking and by two hours they weren't standing. We ended up using them as side pillows against the wall, which was great for a nap on one flight, but I wouldn't buy these again for what they are intended. If I could return them, I would. What a shame! I'm giving two stars because I think if possibly the flights has more space between rows, it would have worked better but the deflation problem would have eventually become clear.

I didn't really like these. I bought 2 for myself and son, but they were bigger and bulkier than I anticipated, so I could not carry both of them and my luggage at the same time to check my bag(am handicapped). If it's not out of the return window I will return them, only one has been opened, never inflated.
