Directions don't say how to switch modes and you have to squeeze it so tight to feel the zap Aaaand it shuts off after 30 seconds but the lights stay on I love the idea but ima go buy the real thing. Chillpill.com

Gave it a try. Didn’t work. Still took hours to fall asleep.

Arrived promptly, light weight, easy to use. Unsure yet how much difference it makes. It is subtle.

This did not work! I even ordered a replacement in case I got one that was defective. Do not waste your money. I couldn’t feel a thing. I did place it on my neck and there was a very faint pulse. Using it in my hand I felt nothing. Very disappointed.

Instructions are too faintly printed and with miniscule font. Unreadable. Unusable. All cust service would do was tell me to contact seller (in China) or refund. Terrible service.

Tried it for over a week and i seen no changes. Sometimes this thing hurts and gives you a good shock (cause its just shock therpy) cause theres no panal to see settings so you have to shock yourself to you get it low enough to where it dont hurt.
