Complex but easy to.pin point flavor. I am an Illy and Lavazza fan but this coffee is such a treat with an even more interesting flavor profile. The bag is high quality with attention to detail inside and out. Smell of the coffee is fantastic and you actually identify milk coffee and sugar cookie. Lastly it brews smooth. I pull great shots back to backI can not recommend this coffee enough. I am surprised it's still a hidden gem and the word hasn't gotten out.

Labels misleading
The description clearly states coffee BEANS. On the bag said coffee beans, but in smaller print on back said GROUND coffeeThe recipients machine uses beans, but kept their older coffee maker and could use

My wife is from Seattle and always raved about this amazing coffee she found at a small shop in Pike Place. When we moved to the DC area we happened upon it once more at a local bakery/coffee shop (Buzz). Imagine her surprise to find out this amazing coffee was roasted locally in Annapolis. Needless to say this has turned into my go-to for Mother's Day, Valentine's etc etc.All the brews are spot on and simply grinding the coffee fills my home with an amazing aroma. I HIGLY recommend the mass appeal and synthesis but honestly, all of them are fantastic.Cool thing about delivery ... On more than one occasion, I've ordered and received, coffee that was roasted on the day I ordered it.

Thesis rocks
Thesis rocks but the others are excellent as well but are more “smoky” and darker roast- Thesis has a lively, brisk flavor that’s crisp and “citrusy”… excellent in my pour over ritual!

Horrible flavor!!!
They sent me peach coffee!!! It’s horrible I wanted standard ceremony coffee and they would not help me return it or exchange it! This is very expensive coffee buyers beware!!!
