This book for ppl who are unable to plan meals for themselves or have a difficult time with variety.
Optavia is a weight management program that has been approved by the FDA. It is an independent initiative taken by the American Medical Association (AMA). It is a scientifically researched and proven diet program, which has been tested and found to be 100% successful. The Optavia diet applies to healthy people of all ages and only requires that they stick to it; no medical assistance or monitoring is required. The Optavia diet plan is Low in protein and Low in fat. and has been found to protect a person from obesity.

Doesn't include Optavia counts
This has a lot of good recipes in it, but while it includes calories and other nutrition info, I fully expected it to list the Optavia counts, like leaner, condiments, etc. I'm pretty disappointed in that, but otherwise, it seems like a good book. Pictures of final product would also be nice.

easy but healthy
this is perfect for those who are health conscious because the recipes are lean and green “approved” — they’re easy and quick to make and this book also contains meal prep guides for those who are still new to it. you will not be completely lost

It's a good compilation of recipes, and one of the better ones out there.... But you can't tell if it is an Optavia inspired 5&1 cookbook or a Mediterranean cookbook(?) 🤔When it divides to the other cookbook , it says mediterranean, so who knows. It feels that more thought could've been put into this and its organization.Get your money's worth on these type of books and you can decide to download vs paperback and see what's worth keeping .*This one is worth keeping,but leaves you a little baffled at what is 5&1 and a Mediterranean diet type recipe. And some recipes it just made wonder about some of its ingredients/ calories.

This book teaches you optavia diet is and how you will lose the weight fast. It also tells what this diet does to the body .This cookbook has five hundred recipes that are quick, easy and healthy. It includes recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. The recipes are very tasteful and easy to make .

Good book
This cookbook is good for people who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The recipes are lean and green plus quick and easy to make. It also has meal prep guides to help people from completely lost.

Not Quite Right
The book does not fully follow lean and green for Optavia. There are no noted amounts for the food based plan, and all together it is sloppy and poorly organized. There could be some great recipes in here, but it was not what I was looking for.
