How long does it take to install this machine and is a handyman must ?

My husband is pretty handy and can do about anything. He said it took him over 2 hours. But mostly due to the package the screws and tools had came undone and they were all throughout the box. 😂I was luckily at work 🤣

Does this do 2 different movements (up & down OR regular elliptical) or is it one range of motion incorporating both?

The description is a bit misleading. It is one range of motion, however, the design or mechanism feels like you are kind of doing both. It can in no way switch from elliptical to a stepper. That is the reason I purchased it but was disappointed upon realizing that it being both wasn't the case. With that said, for the purposes of a non commercial, home elliptical, it serves its purpose. What is Stride length ?

The stride length is short it’s almost like standing up on a bike

Is this a quad heavy machine? Or is it more balanced between the hamstrings or hamstring heavy?

I fine it works,quads a bit harder but feel it in the hamstrings and calves
