Calculate by calculation formula, for example 205/55R16, A=205 B=55 C=16. Full tire diameter calculation formula is A*B/500/2.54+C=205*55/500/2.54+16=24.9 inch, so fit for Tire Diameter 24''-26''. Replace the number 205 55 16 with your tire data then you will get your real tire diameter.

Heavy vinyl like material with a coating. Mine’s been on for about 6 months and is still pliable and working great after 111 degree summer days.
