I bought this tv about 3 years ago. I love it. Easy to setup and a great picture. It's the q70a. Never a problem.A great thing about samsung TVs is the matching soundbar. I bought the q700a, with the surround speaks. The whole thing is perfect. The samsung tv and soundboard are designed to work together, sharing sound processing features.. Together the sound is better than I could have imagined. It would be a mistake to get the samsung tv without a matching samsung soundbar.

The TV was delivered sooner than expected. It was packaged well for shipment, and everything was received with it that should have been. When I set up the TV it had a small group of black pixels that were located in the center of the screen. This made it look like there was a fly on everyone’s face. I called Amazon and explained what the issue was. They were very helpful and arranged to have the TV picked up while they ordered a replacement. Great customer service, Amazon!The replacement also came ahead of schedule, and it’s incredible! It was easy to set up, and pair to a sound bar. Adding apps was also quick and easy. I ordered the 55” which is the perfect size for our living room. The picture quality is amazing. The TV has a thin frame (about half an inch wide) so you see almost all picture when watching. Colors are vivid and true to real life. The QLED is a bright picture and it’s almost like being there. The remote control is easy to use, and is solar charged, so no batteries. I would like to point out the problems with this TV, but so far, I can’t name any. If you’re on the fence about this purchase, go for it. You won’t be sorry.

Bought it for my parents. TV has a great picture and the smart features of the TV sound settings seem to work well. I'm a little disappointed that it would not let us download the Pluto TV app. It doesn't even show up when you search for it. I have Samsung TVs in my house and the have Pluto TV 9n them. I did not create a Samsung account, that's the only thing I can think of that would stop us from getting Pluto TV. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Other then that, the TV is great.

Beautiful picture, high contrast, and very thin. Samsung continues to improve the interface software. Incorporates all streaming services very well with cable, over the air, etc.Comes with a good low profile foot if you don't want to wall mount it.The remote is very small but works very well with a minimum of buttons.

I bought this tv to upgrade the 42inch Vizio in my bedroom. At the time of purchase I also got a PS5 and the Vizio just wasn't doing the system justice. I wanted a little bit better of a display and something that would allow the PS5 to shine with the variable refresh rate. A close friend had the 65 inch version of this tv, and if space permitted that would have been the size I bought, but with the shelving already in place in my room the 55 inch gave just enough clearance and is large enough for the size of my room. The color and picture is crisp and makes anything displayed look great. I don't use the smart features since I have always had an Apple TV and the Samsung App Store doesn't have everything that I use. Still in all this is a fantastic TV for a decent price.

I very shocked at the picture quality of this. It looks very stunning!Setup was simple as it was just adding on the legs to the TV and then setting it up on the TV stand.As most based TV buyers seeking quality, I immediately went to Youtube and played 4k 60fps videos and I was genuinely impressed with the results. The picture was REALLY good.So the wife and I had a movie night and she wanted to watch Little Mermaid (Live Action) on Disney Plus. Again, Genuinely impressed with the results. Everything looked amazing from start to finish.Super Fortunate I didn't have any dead pixels or cracks with mine.I can 100% recommend this TV.Image attached albeit it doesn't do the screen any justice.
