This Treadmill allows a wonderful size. Easy to lower the handle and lies flat to slide right under our bed or couch and the remote control makes it safe to change speed while your moving, without losing your balance. The 2.25 HP motor is very quiet and strong, larger than most other brands for this size product. Also, as others will set the weight limit at 220 lbs, this product goes to 260 pounds. The fun bonice of bluetooth speakers, a holder for your phone to play your favorite songs while getting lost in the music is wonderful. I would recommend this treadmill over others of this size for convenience and price comparison.

I’ve uploaded a video showing how to place the battery in the remote for anyone else having issues with it. Customer service doesn’t help at all though. It seems as if they don’t even know what they’re talking about.First of all the treadmill can only be started by the remote which you need the battery in order to work it. (Battery not included) secondly the button on the treadmill turns on but the remote to actually start the running belt and increase the speed doesn’t work. I bought the correct battery but nothing worked. Now I have to carry this heavy thing to the post office to return that I also have to pay postage for.

Being a Professional Engineer there are safety concerns that I haven't heard back from the seller. Also my treadmill was dropped during shipping causing broken plastic covers. Improved packaging would eliminate that issue. The safety concerns are poor electrical connections. The spade type power connectors are loose . They need to be crimped properly so there will no possible fire hazards. I would suggest everyone that buys a unit remove the bottom plastic cover and check to see if the electrical spade type connectors are tight. Otherwise the treadmill works fine after some slight belt adjustments.

Regrettable, finished assembling it, only to find out that the only way to use it was the remote, battery not includedAfter going out and purchasing the battery in order to start the treadmill, nothing happened.There is power to the remote and power to the treadmill itself but I can not get it to start

Overall loving this treadmill. Exactly what I wanted for a standing/walking desk. There are a few things that you MUST KNOW, that are not identified in the documents very well.1) The treadmill only works with the remote - there is no other option2) The remote works with a button battery that is not included3) The remote battery needs to be under a small metal clip and snap in4) The remote works - but you have to have the Red Safety Cord attached to startI definitely went through initial frustration of not being able to start the treadmill, only to figure out it was something so small and easy to fix. Now I'm loving it, thrilled with the purchase and happy to walking while working remotely.

Do not buy this treadmill!! It is cheaply made. The seller is somewhere in China. I received mine the first time I took it out of the box it broke on the side of the housing. We couldn’t get it to run, figured out it was a remote/battery issue.The belt needs adjust already. When I use it, it smells and makes loud grinding noises.I would definitely had returned this POS but the buyer has to pay to send it back to China. Which costs are ridiculous on shipping it back. This seller knows that people won’t hassle with shipping it back. Totally unhappy. I am keeping this POS and using it till it dies. That won’t be longIf I could give a zero stars I would on this review.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Buy something else!!!

I just got it and it never worked. The remote control is really cheapest. I even bought the batteries for nothing. No possibilité to exchange or to have Product support and now I have to pay for Shipping to ship it all the way back to China. I can't believe Amazon is doing business with this kind of company

Slim and useful treadmill, works wonderfully.Not sure why others are having issues...Don't know for sure if others are forgetting to keep the safety key attached because it DOESN'T WORK without it.No problems setting up though I do wish they included the battery for the remote.No problems turning on or running.Very happy with it so far, still working fine.
