This cleanser does clean your face well. It has a nice lather on your face and I usually have suds on my eyebrows after rinsing. I use a wet wash cloth to help with rinsing. A small amount goes a long way, it's a liquid that is very smooth and soft on your face. I think it's cleaning my face well as it feels clean and refreshed. It dries my exceedingly dry skin and I follow the cleanser with the Keil's cream. Perfect then. Maybe a little more expensive than the drug store cleansers but I feel it's worth every penny I pay. It also feels so very nice in your hand!

I bet there's not a cleanser in existence that I haven't tried and I always return to this one. I am a mature woman with skin that's on the drier side. La Roche Posay makes a great hydrating gentle cleanser as does Paula's Choice Tata Harper etc etc...I find a lot of the cleansers I get for Dry skin tend to be the creamy non foaming types and they are good but I love a little foam but I don't want to strip my skin of good stuff. This is my favorite. The travel size is a perfect way to try it and it really lasts. Theres no fragrance at all (which I just cant tolerate at all). You just need a tiny pea size amount and it really works. I don't feel the need to double cleanse with it but if you do, it's fine as this is just terrific. I am just going to subscribe and save so I don't have to ever think about it again. It's not the cheapest but it's a fair price especially for how far it goes. You really don't need a lot and your face is just clean and fresh without feeling dry which is something I have difficulty finding when it comes to foaming washes. Love this!!

Great cleanser, very lightweight but very effective. Doesn’t leave face dry like other cleaners. No irritation whatsoever and I have sensitive skin.

We love this face wash. Cleans well. Gentle. Doesn’t strip your skin. But it foams nicely and removes makeup well. No scent. Very clean feeling. She loves it. We’ve purchased this about 3 times. It’s a good size tube so it lasts awhile!

I use Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser morning and night. I have normal skin, so this cleans just right without drying or over oiling my skin. I sent this to my son at college, and while he tends to have some breakouts, it is enough to unclog his pores and clean his skin, if used regularly. It does not have a fragrance, which I appreciate.However, this is not the product if you suffer from regular acne. It just isn’t enough to combat true skin issues (nor does it claim to). It is a cleanser, not a skin treatment or corrective.Like all Kiehl’s products, one needs to only use a small amount with each use, and the product will last a long time. So while it may seem to be on the pricier side for a cleanser, this size will last you a few months, and is a good value for the money.

I discovered this face wash at a guys house I was dating (weird, a dude with good skin care habits?!?!). The dude is gone, but the face wash and face lotion is now a staple in my bathroom! I use this face wash once per day as I find using it twice per day to be a bit too drying for my sensitive, "normal", skin, but it is still an EXCELLENT product! I found that my black heads were reduced and a pretty bad forehead breakout (from wearing beanies and hats all of the time) cleared up within days of consistent use. Figure out what routine works for you skin, but I would recommend including this wash in it!
