It must be assembled
You get a lot of decor compared to others. But you have to attach the cutouts to the foil strips with a type of zip tie. It’s a lot of assembly, but looks good.

I made them work lol
the swirl things kept breaking as I was separating them, they are so flimsy, I put together a few then ended up just taping alot of the cards to the window and wall instead and taped some to straws and put in M&M's on the tables.
