Can you buy a replacement blade? Mine came damaged with a small curve/bend in it so it does not cut properly!

how do you measure where the cut will take place.

Use the grid on the board, I measured it and it's very accurate.

Can it work on cardboard?

It works on cardstock. Cardboard -- it depends on the thickness and quality. Low-quality cardboard tends to shred rather than cut.

Can it cut heavy card stock?
