Q: Anyone who has had this wallet for at least 3 months please tell me how is the zipper performing? And is the removable wristlet sturdy?

Had mine for 2 1/2 months and the zipper pull broke off of the zipper. There is no fixing it unless I take it somewhere and have the zipper completely replaced. I am going to try to reach out to the company to see if they will replace it, I really like it otherwise

I purchased this Wallet for my mother who is 84 years old, I returned it because she did tell me that once she put her card in the wallet it was very hard to get them out
