Yes , it is Hi viz Ansi Class 2 certified with lime reflective strip .

Q: How long should they last?

What I have found is that even wide suspenders will eventually lose their elasticity. Mine lost most of their elasticity in about a year and a half. But they will still work OK. This will be true if you can tolerate the loss of elasticity and if the shortening of the length that you make to compensate for this loss does not reach a point where you can't shorten them anymore and they are too long. I did not wash mine and put them in a dryer. I would suppose that putting them in a dryer would cause them to lose their elasticity sooner.
