helps with lower back pain
I had to site in a computer chair for a while, and this really helps with lower back pain. Later I had some more issues so sitting in any way was painful, so I stopped using it. It doesn't stop you from sitting forward. I got a gaming chair from big warehouse store and that is so much more comfortable.

Helps my sciatica
Good purchase. Strong plastic base. I am 5.6in and 170 lbs. I find the seat big enuf and comfortable. It has definately helped my sciatic pain
