Lux Living Coconut Bliss Pillow

I bought this pillow based on a sample pillow in a Mattress Firm. The sample pillow is nothing like the actual pillow, it was much softer than the real pillow. After a year of sleeping with this pillow, it never broke in and is now causing neck problems. When I complained to Mattress Firm, they told me it would break in--it didn't.If you want a very firm pillow, you might like this. I have very slim shoulders, so if you sleep on your side and have larger shoulders it might work well for you. Sleeping on your back is uncomfortable, the pillow keeps your head at a severe angle.Edit: Someone commented on this saying it needs to break in, then deleted the post. To be clear, I used this pillow *for a year*. If it didn't break in within that time frame, it isn't going to break in.

Don't let the way-too-intense scent turn you off too quickly. Wash the covers a couple of times and the scent will fade. You'll have to deal with it for a month or so but eventually the scent will go away all together. These pillows are so comfortable! I purchased them after trying one at my sister's house, and was completely obsessed. It provides support while have some of the softness of a traditional pillow. I don't get the scented thing at all, but the quality and support are top notch.

I love this pillow I bought 2 when I got my mattresses. This is the first time ever i have not needed to sleep on multiple pillows. My head is cradled whether I'm on my side or back. The coconut smell is not bad at all is barely noticeable thru my pillowcases. I'm glad I bought 2 so they don't get to worn and I'll have them foyer years to come.

These were a free "gift" when we purchased a Tempurpedic mattress from Mattress Firm. I LOVE them. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for them, but I would if I have to buy them again. They are by far my favorite pillow ever.

I bought 2 of these pillows,we have had them for 3 weeks now & it has been the best 3 weeks night sleep ever. I have bought 16 pillows in the last two years for my husband and myself, even the "My Pillow" (which was the worst pillow ever) in the search for a pillow that i could sleep comfortably with, THIS IS IT! I love it, wasn't to sure about the smell, but even that is not over whelming. I just wish that I had found this pillow sooner!

Pillow is great, customer service is horrible. The company will not honor the five year warranty on the pillow because I received it "free" with mattress purchase. A warranty should be a warranty regardless of price paid for pillow. After two years my pillow has started to disintegrate a little each time I change the pillow cases, I contacted the company and they will not replace my pillow even though the warranty states they will. Not a great way to honor a reputation.

Love this pillow, best pillow ever! I have had this pillow for about 3 years now and they are still comfortable. The coconut smell does not last very long but that is ok cause the comfort of the pillow makes up for it. Was really sad to hear they were discontinued last year when I tried to get them with a promotion when we bought our adjustable base. Now it looks like mattress firm is carrying them. Would definitely buy again but for the price it will have to wait.

My husband and I love this pillow! We've had ours for about 4 years now and are just now talking about replacing them. We'll still keep them as secondary pillows for sure! I love the coconut smell and wished it stuck around for longer. We'll be buying these again.
