These are sturdy. Good for single dishes. They’re a light beige color. You get 3 in one set.

Pretty basic trivets. But the cork used for these is fairly rough. It tends to crumble quite easily and more than you’d expect. They work fine and aren’t falling apart. Just leaves a little material behind where they’ve been sitting sometimes.

What can be said about cork hotpads? Not a whole lot, actually, but what I can say is that they do what they are supposed to do. They protect my tables and countertops. They are solid, fairly thick, and just the right size - and - they are easily stored. With the holidays on the way, it is nice to know that I won't have to look high and low for more hotpads when I'm trying to get all the food on the table. In fact, I think these would make nice little token gifts for Christmas. They could be packaged with cookbooks or appliances or dishes as just a nice little extra. Not many people will be asking for hotpads for Christmas (Let's get real!) but you can be sure everyone will find a use for them sooner or later (if only to regift them). Seriously, if you want nice hotpads, these will do.

I ordered two packages of these to protect my new granite countertops. I like that they are light weight and thick enough to place a hot pot on without worrying about damaging anything. It is a little odd that o e set was a little smaller than the other since they were suppose to be the same. I rubbed them down with butcher block oil to protect them and they look much nicer. I would have given 5 stars but for the difference in size.
