In love with my new multi vitamin !!
Purchased these as I was looking for a new daily effervescent multivitamin and was pleased to see the high content of vitamin A, C and vegan (!) vitamin D3, which you don’t see all the time. I have been pleasantly surprised by the flavour, which is refreshing and zingy, and I am enjoying taking these in the morning. Not sure what the below review meant about these being intended to be taken multiple times a day because it does clearly say have one a day. Will be buying again!

Got rid of my coffee and only take this
Tonic Health's product is absolutely brilliant, it gives me energy, makes me feel good throughout the day, and I tend to now take two a day, great flavour, slight issue on dissolving, but that is because all the ingredients are natural and so don't have any artificial agents that help it dissolve. A great product and have continued to buy it directly off their website as a 3-pack.

Cheeky packaging choice, not a bad taste, leaves a mess in your glass.
There was 12 tablets in my pack and that's just shy of 60 pence per tablet, and this is just a multivitamin it's not a mental stimulant nor concentration aid, this is just a nicely packaged but simple multi-vitamin infusion... and that price is quite high for what this is.I was also a little surprised how big the cap end was inside rather than there being however many more tablets, there's this helix of plastic to stop them having to fill the tube... This might be a fancy way to stop the tablets bouncing about in transit, but once you take a couple out there's room for them to move... and if the tube was full then that crucial price per tablet would come down... so I'm a little hesitant to believe that the design in use isn't anything except cost saving by their not having to completely fill the tube.So taste, they taste okay, you can get the raspberry flavour, but you get a stronger lemon after taste. They also leave a real scummy lined around your glass, not greasy, but it needs a proper wash off, you can't just rinse the glass for a new drink.... and if you were to put this into a drinking bottle, then that scum would be left on the difficult to clean inside of such odd shapes as I've seen.... so a vanilla flat walled glass is best. But all in all, this isn't anything like worth the price being asked, I'd expect something this price to have a big hit of vitamin B3 to help mental performance, not just immunity... which can be much more cheaply supported without the encumbrance of this particular product.

Take your vitamins the tasty way!
Taking multi vitamin pills can often be boring and unenjoyable. Tonic brings to fun to your daily routine through a tasty drink that gives you everything you need to face the day ahead. You receive 10 dissolvable tablets for £6.99 which is expensive considering competitors offer similar quality for a few pounds cheaper. Regardless, once a tablet is placed in a glass of water, it takes about 3 minutes for it to fully dissolve. Once this happens, you can begin enjoying your cup of delicious raspberry and lemon ‘juice’ which has a gentle fizz. I personally found that adding an ice cube after the drink has dissolved fully made it even more refreshing and enjoyable, especially during those sunny mornings. As for the composition of the tablets, they offer a good range of vitamins and even odourless garlic which helps tremendously with anti-viral properties as well as anti oxidants. Despite being marketed as odourless garlic, I could still make out a subtle hint of it upon drinking, though I personally didn’t mind.I will admit that for the last few days since I have been taking, I have been feeling quite alert without any headaches, etc. Though, I still can’t seem to justify the price tag considering you only get 10 days worth for £7, hence 4 stars.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

Tasty health boost
This is a small tube of 10 immune system vitamin tablets which dissolve in water. They're raspberry and lemon and very tasty and zingy and refreshing.I usually take an immune vitamin alongside my usual multivitamin to stay healthy so I was interested to try this. Price wise these are currently £6.99 which is more than I'd usually pay for a tube of 30 vitamin C tablets, you're getting the added vitamins with these but bear in mind it's only a 10 day supply. These also have a warning saying that the high amount of Vitamin C could cause stomach problems in some and due to the high amount of Zinc, you shouldn't take these long term - so I'm unsure exactly how often to take these - I personally think they should bring the levels down to those levels needed so that you can take this normally without any risks. These are tasty and obviously very healthy for you in moderation but I'm really looking for a supplement I can take daily, not just occasionally.

Convenient vitamin drink
Pros:The taste is nice, fruity (I cannot recognise as much raspberry and lemon) but it feels refreshing as a vitamin drink for those hot days.I am actually not keen on the fizzy drinks but this doesn't feel too sparkling.Ingredients: Apart from vit. A, C, D3, E, Zinc and Selenium there is also Reishi mushroom, aged garlic powder (which you totally cannot taste there, hurray!), L-Glutathionine, N-acetyl cysteine and lipoid acid.Vegan.Sweetened with Stevia and no sugar or artificial ingredients.Great for strengthening the immune system, dealing with fatigue, fighting infection.I mostly noticed refreshing and rejuvenating effect when I took the drink.I prink price is quite reasonable since you can dissolve the tablet in a bottle of filtered water for a day ahead and you have a multivitamin drink for about a pound or less a day.I used it in the cup of water as I preferred the stronger taste.
