All equal spacing . I used #10 ss pan head Philips drive screws. I also used 3m marine sealant on the screws and bottom of housing to assure a water tight seal. What amperage do you expect to carry? 12 or 40 amps? Look up the specs on 10 AWG wire and you can decide whether this entry gland will work for the size wire you decide to use. You may also need to pull up a mm to in calculator when determining wire size.
