This phone is very cheap and beyond slow. I push a button and it takes awhile to even register. Huge lag time I have had it looked at by IT at the place I work and they agree it is complete junk.

I really love this product it's just what I needed and it's working just fine. I'm still using it today.

Good value for the price

Larger than my old phone. Able to transfer info over fairly easily. Have to sign in on new phone to all accounts tho. So make sure you know all your passwords etc. Great value.

After the first month, (basically once I could no longer return it) it started to send or receive texts or make phone calls, you'd have to restart it to get it to work. It got to the point where I restarted it 8 times a day just to have a conversation. If you want a small overpriced tablet this is it but doesn't work as a phone
