Be aware that the (3) screws to attach it to the PC need now to be metric.
Fits my Dell 5040 SFF PC just like the original PSU (Model B240EM-00, Part# 00TRD3). However, the (3) screws to attach it to the PC need now to be metric and none were supplied (screws which attached my old PSU would not fit, looked like imperial threads). But luckily, my old PSU's frame has metric screws of the right size which can easily be removed and then used to attach the new PSU to the PC.

It was a perfect fit
I installed on my customers computer tower that had taken a hit from lightening. Fit perfect and started up first try. This particular ps was not the standard ps. It had to be matched exactly to fit. The picture showing the ps was what sold me. Wonderful picture

So far, so good
Fit the space inside my computer and plugged right in. My computer booted right up and so far, so good after not quite 2 months. Fingers crossed it holds up.
