I didn’t receive the packages that goes with the item

I have never left any type of reviews before. But here goes. I am no stranger to these machines. I have one similar to this one that I use on a daily and decided I needed to add a second one. My one that I absolutely love has not gave me any problems. The heat is set from 1 to 8. Keep in mind these are the exact same bags I use. Heat on mine is 3. I add a second one but I go with a different company in order to save a few dollars. Big mistake. The first one I received appeared to be a used item. The same bags I used for my one I already have I had to crank the heat to 8 and it still did not hold the seal. I requested a replacement. My replacement was fast and easy and I received it the next day... Had to return the replacement too! I still had to crank it up to 8 with no seal. That is not okay. It also appeared to be used or just jumbled up. I should not have to crank it up to 8 on the heat to seal a bag and it should hold!... Both have been returned. I will go back to my other supplier and spend a few more dollars for the better brand. Keep in mind they are both identical as far as model. But I'm sorry don't go this way.

Worked pretty good for most part would be great if there where instructions on heating temp for different plastic

Good value for the money

I burnt my first sealer out and needed another one quickly. This one arrived right on time and works great and is a greater quality than my first one. Very pleased!

My box was open when I got it but I think it’s because the foam broke and the handle is spring like. It works good and has made my life SO much easier! Seals REALLY well.
