Definitely an improvement to my dining room. Assembly was a little tedious, but was worth it for a nice piece.

The product is beautiful! Took time to put together (it was easy, just time consuming because of all the crystals) I was only missing 8 little connectors for the crystals but sent an email to the one listed in the instruction manual and they are sending out the part, I get them in 8 days. This was well WORTH THE MONEY $$$ I SPENT!! I wish they would make a matching White one for and entrance way. These are just beautiful!!!!

First this is a beautiful light fixture. The patterns of light and shadow from the roughly 200 crystals are amazing. The bad is that the assembly takes many hours as you have to install each individual crystal with two tiny folding clips each. Also it's made in China with all of the quality issues you might expect. I had to modify the retaining nuts on each of the light sockets as they would not thread on without removing a small lip on the retaining nut that further reduced the minimal clearance between the screw thread and the top of the light socket. The install instructions are minimal and the best approach to threading the wires and mounting the ~10 links in the 3-rod and chain connection to the mounting bracket took a lot of trial and error to find. Once done, it looks great and provides a lot of light. Even so, I'd think twice about buying again or recommending to someone else. If you're going to take it on, get someone else to help as the install is definitely NOT a one-person job.

The end product is absolutely beautiful. Putting the crystals on is time consuming though but on the other hand sort of therapeutic. Just allow yourself about 2 hours or so to install them. They do make it easy though because the tray that the crystals attach to is removable so you can hang the chandelier and then sit at a table and install the crystals. Then you just have to set the tray on the brackets and you are done. Great quality, not a cheap build by any means. Very solid construction. You sort of hold your breath at the end hoping you have enough crystals to finish the light but they do give you extras. Comes packed very well. Almost no chance of light being damaged during shipping. I would highly recommend because the light is stunning!

This was a bit of gamble getting a chandelier for this price. I was already prepared for the amount of time it would take to hang all the crystals. My wife and I got the whole thing done in about two hours. It comes with a good amount of hardware. We installed ours without using the chain, so it's attached directly to the ceiling. I did end up using the heated wire connectors to melt around the 4 wires. It was much easier to install that way then try and jam 5 wires into one twist connector. Overall we are very pleased. Great value. Only shortcoming is the poor instructions - however reading the previous reviews helped figure it all out.

We enjoyed the finish product. Hanging the fixture itself took about twenty minutes. Placing the glass inserts took a lot about two hours.

Great in the picture. But, unless you have a day and a half to attach prisms, it’s not worth it.
