Organic Spearmint, 96 Tea Bags

I drink spearmint tea daily to help balance hormones(it works!), and this brand has become my favorite. The flavor is fresh and soothing/ calming effect, and the quality is consistently excellent. It brews beautifully every time and feels clean and pure. I trust this brand completely — perfect for a daily wellness routine!

Tastes good cold and warm. I use it for hormonal acne since stopping my aldactone. I have been lucky so far. With this and DIM, I have remained pretty clear. I hope it lasts. I drink two cups of this a day. I like the taste and cannot leave it unattended around my three year old. Be careful around the boys. He was pretty emotional and I couldn't figure out why and remembered he had been stealing some of my tea. I know my prescription was blocking testosterone. I do not know how this works but it does something and he was a mess. Update month later: I still drink two cups of this tea. I take it morning and night. No problems with my skin yet. I am on my second cycle and my face should have at least three pimples, but I have nothing. Still very clear. I sometimes see a small bump trying to appear but it vanishes quickly. I am still taking doxycycline and I wonder how it will affect my acne when I stop that and use just tea, facial gel and DIM. Update Year Later: I went on Accutane. After that it is normal for the dr to do aldactone for maintenance. I hated the aldactone as I gained 20lbs. I found that one cup of this a day has my skin glowing. When it is that time of the month, i drink two. There is a noticeable difference. This tea works like the aldactone by being anti androgenic, which is apparently my problem. This tea gave me the same benefits without gaining weight. Now i did stop this tea for a month. I didn't change any habits and dropped 7 lbs. I think that it may slow down weight loss, but at least it does not make me gain anything. It's a must for me. Keeps my skin clear and glowing.I do recommend it.

I have always loved minty things so I decided to try this spearmint tea because I've only ever had peppermint teas. I have purchased many variations of teas from this brand throughout the years so I believe the quality is consistent. I can't really describe the difference between peppermint and spearmint teas; they are both equally pleasant and minty. Spearmint tea does taste different but I can't find the words to describe it :( . I often mix mint teas with green tea and this tea mixes very well. Refrigerating the tea for an hour or two makes it a refreshing and cooling drink for summers. Overall I recommend this tea for mint lovers or those looking for a refreshing alternative to water and soft drinks. 7/8/14 Edit: For the past 3 boxes of this tea, the teabags would often leak bits of the tea leaves. It's not really a big deal to cut a star, but others might find it a nuisance. I normally don't have an issue with this brand's other teas so it may just be the batch.

This tea is like a godsend! After not having my period for 3 months, I finally got it after drinking it for two days! Well, to be fair, I drank like 3 cups per day for the last two days. I'm also drinking this because I hear it helps with hirsutism. I'll update my review a couple of months down the road. Update(7/7/17): This tea really does work. The thing is that you have to be consistent if you want the symptoms to disappear. I have noticed a difference in consistent use. I usually have to pluck a few pesky hairs on my face every week or so, but the hair has definitely been coming in slower. Now, they grow in about every month or so. My acne has also improved. I went from having a patch of large, red acne on my cheek to having it practically disappear! My period has also been occurring in regular intervals. I used to go about 2-4 months without my period and this has helped regulate it. This tea has really helped balance out my hormones. I also combined this with diet and exercise to help shed weight and feel better about myself. I would definitely recommend this product for those with PCOS.

The tea is very pleasant and refreshing. I recommend it for people who are concerned about their excess weight and want to lose weight. It helps you lose weight and feel fresh and energized during the day.

Its not super bitter and I’m glad because it doesn’t need any sugar or cinnamon and it makes me period cramps a bit more manageable so I like it

I buy this spearmint tea in bulk because I consume this tea at least once a day. It's great because you can absolutely prepare it as a hot tea (It's delicious and pairs nicely with Mediterranean foods) but if you suck a drinking enough water like me you can also just pop it into your water bottle at room temp and enjoy the spearmint flavor all day. I was surprised how effective it is at steeping in room temp water. I haven't tried iced but I'm guessing you could make it work. I love Traditional Medicinals; I've been drinking this brand since I was a kid and their quality sure holds up. Glad to find an affordable bulk buy!
