Perfect with anything.
These are just the kind of cracker/flatbread that most of us should be eating instead of just saltines or Dog help you, Ritz. Adding whole seeds to our diets is hip, but it's nice to find something that has a ton of whole seeds that tastes good. I tried my first one with Manchego and quince paste. If that wasn't perfect enough, the next one, spread with Boursin and dried black currants--not zante raisins but real currants--was even better. Nutella? Mmmmm. Moutarde Dijonaise and prosciutto? Egads. I would venture to guess that even salsa and guac would taste good on these. They aren't cheap--what paleo food is? But they are really worth it. I'm buying 5 more packages as soon as I shut up about them.

These are so much better than the normal GG Crispbreads
These are so much better than the normal GG Crispbreads. Those are sawdust- the seeds on these somehow make them pretty good. I gave them five stars because of the taste for the amazing nutritional profile (1 cracker is 40 cal, with only 1 net carb and 3g of fiber).

but they're a little like eating cardboard
They are high fiber, but they are also an acquired taste. :) I eat them, but they're a little like eating cardboard.

You can put something sweet on them or you can put something savory
So very yummy and versatile. You can put something sweet on them or you can put something savory...or just plain
