Foul
I've tried the beef one of these and I really liked it. Since it was out of stock I decided to give the chicken one a go. The smell wasn't amazing but it mixed together fine. I'm not a big fusspot on tastes and smells generally so I gave it a zealous first gulp and...BLEH. Nope. No. One word to describe the taste: Foul! (pun slightly intended)Which is heart-breaking because this wasn't cheap either...Something about this chicken one is just... off. Whether it's just that chicken broth tastes bad for me or if its formulated wrong - I have no idea. All I know is the taste is the polar opposite of the beef one for me in regards to palatability. If you like chicken bone broth maybe this will be fine for you - it might just be a case of this product helping me discover a new food I dislike. If you like beef bone broth though and are looking to branch out to chicken I'd give it a pass. Stick to what you know you like. Please bring back the beef one soon! In the meantime I'll look into other brands.

Highly flavoured
Unfortunately I could not handle the flavour of this, it is really difficult to hide or disguise the flavour and it has a very strong smell. Be careful adding it to food as the flavour dominates.Luckily my cat loves this so it's not a waste and I hope it's doing her some good

Bad taste
I really love chicken and vegetable broth from this brand, but not at all this one. Sorry, I gave it a try so many times... it's too bitter.

tastes good mixed with boullion as a hot drink (chicken bone broth)
its my first time trying bone broths, I'm hoping for some relief from very painful tendonitis in multiple joints. I've transferred contents of pouch into glass jars for storage.Reassuringly long dates - made in September 2020, expires December 2022. tastes good mixed with boullion as a hot drink (I've started with a teaspoon of each).I like that the liquid is clear-ish, rather than white/milky, hopefully it means the bones haven't been cooked at too high a temperature. Will be sticking to this brand if I get some results in the coming weeks. Happy to support a family brand, made in the UK.

Fantastic stuff
We have 2 Tibetan Terriers one has issues with Indigestion, & Bone Broth was recommended to help with this. Both TT's are the most infuriatingly picky/fussy eaters I have ever known. At last it seems we may have found a cure? After days of trolling websites looking for a reputable supplier made in the UK we found one. This Bone broth powder has been fantastic, we went for the chicken first just to try it out and the change in the two fusspots eating habits is incredible, just a quarter of a teaspoon lightly dusted over their food and mixed in and they LOVE IT, even Kibble just a 3/4 teaspoon in a cup of hot water and shared between the bowls of kibble and allowed soak in and cool a little and they still love it??? Too early to tell if it's improved the indigestion in the long term, but she hasn't had it since we started with the broth, so fingers crossed that's on the mend too. we're going to try the beef next :)

Bone broth
Not the best tasting on it’s own but great to put in gravies or soups.

No need to continue researching the best bone broth, just buy this one :)
Initially bought the chicken broth & have since purchased the beef broth - both brilliant.I’m one for properly researching stuff before I buy it and that’s how I came across these products. Honestly, it’s unlikely I’ll purchase from anywhere else now. I love that it’s a family run business too.The powder has gone into meals, and I also have it most mornings in a mug with a pinch of salt. I prefer the taste of the chicken to the beef but both are very tasty and nothing like other odd tasting broths I’ve had.The dog loves it too :D sprinkled on her food or sometimes as a little drink and it’s great for her health as well as ours.
