no side effects and worth it

how important B vitamins are to our bodies, especially now that I am 77. my research of foods high in the B vitamins was startling - was a list of stuff I hardly ever eat! nature made is a trusted brand at a good price, and these seem to have the B complex pretty well covered. yellow oval tablets are not too big, easy to swallow. I feel better mentally, and hopefully soon physically (I just started taking them 1 a day yesterday).oh, and the bottle seems less than half full, so I counted them - 58 in there, not 60). exp date good, over a year away.

I feel nauseated after taking this and belech frequently with the taste in my mouth. I try to take it with food and plenty of water, but even that doesn’t help. Perhaps it’s too potent for me.

Besides the smell, works well

This is a good B-Complex and also a good price. It includes vitamin c, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin b6, folate, b12, biotin, pantothenic acid, and calcium. You take one each day with water and a meal, but I take them anytime.
