Westcott School Left and Right Handed Kids Scissors, 5 Inch Pointed, Blue, single, 16097

I ordered these for my four year old to introduce cutting skills. She is left handed and these fit comfortably in her hand. I like how the tip is not too sharp for safety reasons, but also not too blunt like those other child scissors that make it hard to get the job done. Great buy.

Got these for my son's craft table. Perfect for tiny hands. They are sharp and cut easy but with blunt end they are safer. Worked well!

scissors that work as expected. good price, bright color does the job.

I bought these for my 2 year old to use, with supervision of course. These fit his hands as he can hold and work these well. He loves to use these and asks often to "cut", we use scrap paper to practice on. We have now got to the point where he will ask me to draw a shape and he tries to cut around the shape :) I think after only a few months this is great progress and especially for his age, he just turned 3.

very sharp! I know alot of people want more blunt, dull scissors for children, but I remember my frustration as a child with crappy scissors like that. My own needs would have been better served (as well as my self esteem and sense of ability) if I had had these - a smaller version of decent adult scissors!
