No it has a good headphone amp that is powerful enough to drive most headphones.

Does the included psu support 240v input voltage ?

Yes. .... you can also look on the back of the unit. Under power input plug listed “psu input”

Can i plug in both a subwoofer and two channel amplifier to this dac? one through xlr, and one through rca?

If I connect my earphone and speaker to it at the same time, how can I switch the output between earphone and speaker?

Hello and thank you for contacting Cambridge Audio. Plugging in headphones will effectively "mute" the analog outputs. You cannot use these at the same time or switch between them.
