As good as it gets.
Currently use a Swiss Diamond Crepe Pan. Excellent. Use it exclusively to make omelettes. Saw this Wolf Diamond while searching for another Swiss Diamond. The Wolf Diamond was much cheaper so decided to give it a try. Good decision! So far, the Wolf Diamond is as good as the Swiss Diamond. The Wolf is made in Germany whereas the Swiss is made in (guess?) Switzerland. Very similar characteristics in quality.

Nice Looking
Bought it a month ago but haven’t tried it yet. 5 stars for the look and sturdiness. I trust its quality is what German made is supposed to be.

Part of my kitchen's permanent collection
I've been using this weekly for crepes and I love this pan. It's perfect except for some minor browning on the metal neck that connects to the handle. The weight and material of the pan are fantastic. Some of my tips in using this pan:1. You won't need the wooden crepe batter spreader. Just pour some batter into the middle and tilt the pan around to spread it.2. You won't need PAM or oil. I just pre-heat the pan for 2-3 minutes on high and start cooking. The first crepe will need a bit more time since the pan still hasn't reached its peak temperature yet.3. I recommend a wooden crepe spatula. When the edges of the crepe start to crisp, loosen the whole crepe with the spatula. Then slide the spatula across the middle of the crepe and then gently flip the crepe with it. (If you flip the crepe from one end rather than the middle on the first flip, the crepe could stick to the wrong part of the pan if the new bottom side of the crepe is not cooked enough yet).

Lasted about 5 years despite best care
I took care of this pan only using it for my homemade crepes about once every week or 2. Halfway through cooking my crepes, the anti-adhesiveness stopped working and I had to switch pans halfway. I only washed it by hand and never used metal spatulas or tools on it. $200 for 5 years is not a worthwhile investment for the use I made of it.

Excellent Woll Quality
I have used Woll pans for years and have primarily used their standard cookware such as sauce pans, pots, etc. This pan is definitely a specialty item. I use this for pancakes and quesadillas—items where you really want to be able to get a spatula underneath without breaking the item you are cooking (or spilling its contents). This is not a good pan for super runny items or for large volumes. There is basically no lip around the outer edge, so while this pan has very particular applications, when used for specific things, it does an incredible job. Exactly what I would expect from Woll.
