Simply the best planner out there. The actual planner is well built, durable and made of excellent quality materials. I have bought several to keep in my collection for future use. Could not recommend this enough.

Honestly, though, what do you want from a planner? A size that doesn't offend, a bit of quirky style, enough space to write your appointments and stuff, and durability to chuck in a bag. WELL I HAVE GOOD NEWS: Field Notes gave you one more thing. The ability to, when your ADD kicks into high gear and you forget to schedule a bunch of weeks, the pages are BLANK, so you can have a page that ends on September 17 and the next begins October 2! You don't waste intervening pages! And you make a 56-week planner into a 60-something week planner, and just imply to future generations that you spent three weeks in a fugue state.P.S. Field Notes, I love you, you're Chicagoan, I'm Chicagoan send me a box of that.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company compelled me to. I'm a longtime buyer and user of field notes and absolutely love their products. I bought this planner specifically because I sometimes skip days and don't like having empty slots in my planners so this was perfect. I had an issue with the condition that my planner came in (amazon shipped it in a plastic bag) and field notes came through and shipped out a new on free of charge. They did this with another product of theirs that I purchased through Amazon as well I just had to provide proof of damage. This definitely won't be the last of their products that I buy, as the quality is amazing. I have written with fountain pen, gel pen, 2B pencil lead and Ball point and none have bled through the paper, which is to be expected for this company. If you're on the fence, just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

This is, quite simply, a great planner. I really like the thick cardboard covers and the weekly layout of the pages. Which, aren't numbered, so you can start this planner at any point of the year. I'll definitely pick up another one soon. Incidentally I think it's also worth mentioning when I ordered the planner it arrived quickly.Update: a year later I just bought my second planner. Once you get into the habit of using this planner it's hard to imagine not using one again. I can say this planner has held up extremely well to tons of traveling all over the globe, a few coffee spills, and just your general use wear and tear. You can't go wrong with this little planner.
