Pros: fill gauge, well built. Of course it's empty. Can't be shipped full, duh. It's pre-purged saving time and money at first filling.Cons: for me, leak detector shutoff was hyper sensitive. Every time I opened tank valve it triggered. Solution: hook up all lines with stove turned off. Open valve only 1/4 turn. Wait 20 seconds. Hold stove valve open and listen for gas hiss. Light stove. Open tank valve fully.If no hiss heard, it's triggered. To reset: Turn tank valve off. Disconnect hose at tank, reconnect. Do original steps above.

Very pleased with the quality, regulator, ease of use. Fair price. Good purchase. No leakage and would not expect it from this products quality of build.

I have 2 grills and a "flamethrower" that use propane tanks. It's such a bummer running out of gas half way through something....despite picking up the tank to estimate if it's running low before use. It's the worst when this happens grilling. I like these so much I bought a second one and also got a smaller 5 gallon version just to keep around as a backup or make portable.

Tank did not come with a level gauge installed as shown and advertised. Please send replacement soonest or send a return code. One of the key reasons I bought this higher priced model!!!Update: I called Flame King after talking to Amazon customer service and after a few calls got a live person and she said the gauge would be sent to me tomorrow.

This is my 2nd gas grill propane tank with a gage. The other is 6yrs old and still refillable. The older tank this replaced would need another recertification and that is not done locally here in SE TX. Therefore, a new tank was needed. Fortunately, I wasn't charged to do a purge like was required in WA and Cal, when we lived there. Just another way to make money! I had it filled at the local propane dealer and no hassles.

This is my second tank from this company. First one I bought from big box store and that didn't come with the gauge. The one ordered from amazon came with the gauge and was the same price as big box store. The tank is easy to install and the description is accurate. There was no leakage when we installed it by following the instructions. Its a good size tank and looking forward to enjoying my firepit table for a long time.

Works great! Very easy to view when tank in use and appears to be very accurate. Leak free. Excellent value.

This is a solid propane tank. Ends up costing you the same amount as getting any regular new propane tank from a Lowe’s or Home Depot. After you get it filled up with propane. Except this one comes with a gauge to show you how much propane you got left. Which is really helpful. Connected to the grill without any issues.
