Most of these struts from China don't last as long as the OEM ones, we'll see. The ones I bought last time lasted 2 years. Way cheaper than OEM so all good

The struts are too short and would not open all the way as normally

Very easy DIY fix.
I ordered these for the hood my 2008 Range Rover. They were very easy to install. It took 5 minutes. You need a small screwdriver to pop out the clip on the old strut so it can be removed. Once that is done these new struts simply pop on by hand.They have been in place for 3 months and I have had no issues.

Broke already
Worked well until I attempt to reattach it after working under the hood and the end broke. Might have expected that in cold weather but not 90 degree heat.
