Fabulous product
Works just like sugar. Do not understand their disclaimer on their web site that the state has not approved their manufacturing license! What are they doing wrong? That comment has been on there for months. Why? Are they ever going to resume manufacture of the product? It would be nice if they were more forthcoming with their customers.

Great product and taste
Love this product. My NP recommended it as I am insulin resistant. Has the same calories as a teaspoon of regular sugar, but suposedly it is metabolized different. Much better alternative if you are diabetic or insulin resistant. It doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste or slimy film in your mouth either.

Best all purpose sugar alternative
I've been using Whey Low for years. There is nothing else that is as versatile and reliable as Whey Low when it comes to baking. They were out of production for a while last year and I tried everything available on the market and nothing came close to the ease of use and end results as Whey Low. Many of the other sugar substitutes claim you can use them just like sugar, but it's not true. If you are mixing them with butter for baking, you are not going to get the same results as you would with sugar or Whey Low. In some cases, even without using butter in a recipe, the end results are not the same. You can beat Whey Low with butter and it will be creamy and light with no separation. Using all the other sugar substitutes will leave you with an oily mess and doesn't even resemble anything close to creamy and light. Baking with Whey Low will give you the same results as you would get with table sugar, but with a lot less calories and carbs. You will not be disappointed.
