How did you guys get the music box on to the arm? On mine the hook on the arm is too small to fit the hole on the music box. And neither are flexible.

It was tight but mine did go on - had to angle the music box just a little bit and give it a good push!

How long do each of the song snippets last?

They’re continuous until you either turn it off, or hit the button to play a different tune.
