It's a great watch for the money. A great beater

I've been curious about these for awhile, so I decided to give one a try. Impressions: More like a cheap toy than anything else. The acrylic crystal doesn't help it, but it's just not as hefty as I expected from a dive watch. The moveable bezel seems to be plastic (although I could be wrong), and regardless doesn't do it any benefit. The crown is laughably bad and difficult to use. It's hard to distinguish between the two settings of wind and time-setting, and feels as if it will fall off at any moment as it dangles as if on a wire. On, no quickset for the date either, however there is a a trick of going moving time from 8 to 12 that will speed up your dateset. Overall, this feels more like a $15 watch, or something you might win as from a carnival. If you want it as something to spark discussion, maybe it's worth it, but it's completely out-classed by the fairly similarly priced bottom of the line Seiko SNK80_ series for example.
