Very handy tool

Hard to use
Videos look very easy however, when trying to do this, many of us found it very difficult.

Needs instructions
I saw this being used in a YouTube video and it looked like the answer to my problem. But its not as easy as it shows. I had to keep watching the video to get it to work but you still need nimble fingers to tie the balloon.
