RoadRunner The Original Outdoor Pool Towel Hanging Towel Rack (6 Bar, Tucson Bronze)

This is a great product. Easy to hang on stucco lanai wall and appears to be sturdy enough for pool towels and bathing suits. I did follow a previous reviewers suggestion and put 'O' rings in-between the tubes to tighten the movement a bit and it works great! I have only had it a few weeks so I can't comment on durability - fingers crossed it lasts. The 'Tucson Bronze' is a just a dark brown but it matches my lanai cage fine. So far, it is exactly what I was looking for! I do think it was a bit pricey for PVC pipes but...

Installed this into a cochina/stucco wall near our pool. The installation was straightforward....drill two holes and anchor into wall appropriately. The arms of the rack move freely, but with enough resistance to stay closed when wanted in closed position. They feel a little flimsy, but have not had anything break, or fall off the arms. My only complaint is that the caps to cover the screw holes fell off, despite trying to superglue this into place. Normally, this is not a big deal, but my toddler son found it and proceeded to place it in his mouth...ie: choking hazard.

Very nice product! Color is a deep brown/bronze color, easy to install item, and works great for hanging our towels and wet items. Also love that it sits so flush on the wall when it's not being used. Came with screws for either wood or concrete. Looks great with all our high-end furniture. And it's Made in the USA! Winner all around.

I love this towel rack! I have been wanting something to clean up the clutter out by the pool but didn't want to take up any more room with a standing rack. This fits perfect on the side of our house (out of site). They sent the wrong color the first time but were quick to respond and replace it with the bronze. The color is very nice and the quality if great! Easy to install and is nice and sturdy.

Pictures make bronze appear dark bronze or “black”. Actual color is a brown metallic bronze. The end caps in the product photos appear “professional” coated cap. They are actually cheap rubber buyer install caps with pointes ends. Beware the hardware sent, the drill size is the same as the bolt size, drill your hole and the bolt will just slide in!!

Great idea and well built. Included wood and Tapcon masonry screws, plus sheet-rock inserts and even a masonry drill bit if needed! I did add 5 thin o-rings between the 6 bars and now it has resistance and the arms stay put when positioned. The mini flyer was not included in the box but that is of no concern to me.

I am shocked I found such a practical way to hang towel without floor space! I bought two of these for the wall just next to the door that goes out to our pool deck. I put a luggage rack on the floor between the two, and 12 pool towels can be hung there after use when people come back into the house. Bathroom fixtures, door stops, lamps all use oiled brass in the house, so the color is perfect. A bargain price and no maintenance.

This was just the right thing! I got this for my pool deck, which is in the sight line of 4 rooms of our house, so it had to look good and it does. I hung it fairly high up on a column so I had room underneath it so I had space for a potted plant even when towels are hung. When it is closed it is unobtrusive. It arrived quickly and in good shape. It was also easy to install. I'm very happy with it.
