I've always used a scrap piece of cardboard or a piece of plexi to mix filler or a paper plate for epoxy in the house, but this mixing board is EPIC! The sheets are attached on two sides to keep it from flopping while you're working with it and prevents the wind from catching it and making a mess. The size is perfect for multiple small jobs or one big messy one. It's easy to hold in one hand, even with smaller hands. The sheets don't leak through, so you're only mess is the current sheet you're on. I waste less time finding a clean spot and more time on my body work (or whatever project I'm doing). This is a great find and my dislike is not having found it sooner.

Alright, so, a confession: I used to mix body filler on anything I could find. Plastic bags, cardboard, etc. That, it turns out, is a really bad idea. So, I bought one of those filler mixing boards. The only issue there? Cleanliness. All it took was a few cure cycles without careful cleaning and my board is all funky. So I pick up this thing. WOW. I wish I had known. I mix some filler, I use the pad, and when I'm done, I just tear off a sheet and throw it away. No need to get out the thinner to clean up. For a guy like me who does body work in occasional fits and starts, this is the stuff!

I started off my summer car restoration project's bodywork using a scrap piece of plexiglass to mix two-part body filler on. It works, but the process of cleaning the plexiglass between batches of filler was annoying and time-consuming. I eventually broke down and bought a board of these sheets and it really makes the mixing process a LOT easier. Mix, use, tear off and dispose of the sheet, then repeat the process. Quick and easy. The paper has a glossy finish so the material doesn't soak into it.Seriously, if you do any mixing of two-part products, just spend the money and buy a board of these sheets. Trust me, it's worth it.

The paper used is pretty flimsy and not completely flat. If you are using metal spreaders you will find it catching on the puckered surface when mixing your putty. The plastic spreaders seem to work okay without ripping the thin paper but still may grab while mixing. Hold the loose end down to prevent that. Kind of a pain. Probably won't order again.

I’ve wanted to purchase clean sheets for awhile now but locally they are about 25$ just to throw away, this set of clean sheets is far more reasonable, helps mix filler perfectly, and makes clean up so much faster and easier. I will continue to order as long as this seller has them
