30 minutes feels like 2 hours of workout

Great vibrations and helps make your daily workout routine of 30 minutes feel like a workout of 2 hours. Love it. My body feels great and it's only been 4 days. After a month of continuous use I'll do a update review but for now love it. Oh, very easy to put together.

Terrific way to get moving

I purchased this for my husband who had a stroke several years ago. I noticed he is having difficulty with balance and with core strength. He expressed interest in this. I opened the package and it was simple to place the straps and he immediately used it. First time ever he willingly tried something. While it is still new I have no doubt he will do this regularly. He can even watch tv while doing this (it is not loud at all). Well worth the money.

Entry Unit

Ultimately had to return the device because it was too dissimilar from the Power Plate I use at the gym. No indication of frequency/amplitude and the unit had a fairly intense rocking sensation. Ultimately I decided to spend some extra money to get a different product from a different seller. Interestingly, in 20 years of buying on Amazon, this will be the first time UPS comes by to pick up a package. The instruction booklet completely skips what the program criteria are, so if you are looking to do X amount of time at Y frequency and amplitude for maximum effect - you're out of luck.

Love the different levels of vibration to start and add on next level of exercise.

Love the different levels programed on vibration plates. However, There is an extra foot pad with lots of pressure bumps on it but doesn't say how to use it and really hurts bottom of foot when stepping on it. I would recommend this to most people.

Vibrating my way to healthier me

Use the vibration plate as I have severe low back pain and left knee pain. Made me feel like I walked 5 miles even though I never left my house. Very comfortable to use. Wish instructions for remote were more detailed.

Well made, easy to use out of the box!

Just opened it tonight. Seems very well made, heavy base, with a thick rubber top. Remote was simple, vibration was more intense than I expected. Looking forward to using the Fitpulse machine!
